Target Skills Gold is a major new development in the Target Skills story. For the first time, the entire suite – including screening and assessments, management tools and all learning activities – can now be accessed fully on line.

This can bring immense benefits to colleges, allowing them to make better use of existing staffing resources and draw own additional funding for improving skills.

The system’s tight integration allows for the automatic generation of individualised learning plans. These are backed by ‘e-tutors’ who interact with, and support, learners entirely on line. Online practice tests feed a complete back office system which tracks progress and exports data to your MIS systems. Content is drawn from classicTarget Skills material, as well as DfES learning materials and other free resources.

Target Skills Gold is also proving popular with large commercial organisations who are seeking to improve the skills level of their workforce. The suite can be customised – in terms of content, functionality and appearance – to match the needs of any purchaser.
